Real Estate Scams & Scoundrels is an NCREC-approved elective designed to explore real-world scams, fraud, deception, and schemes that have impacted the real estate industry. Learn how these scams happen, recognize potential warning signs, and discover ways brokers can better protect themselves and their clients.
