**All North Carolina brokers are required to pay a $10 fee for submission to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) for credit. This fee will be paid directly to the NCREC by the Education Provider. Brokers cannot submit their own credit to the commission. We want to be transparent about this process, as many schools typically absorb this fee into the overall cost, but we prefer to outline it separately for clarity.
